  • How long does delivery take?
    To create your hand made bracelet takes up to 3 working days if you have provided a wrist size as well as a valid address, then it is prepared for shipping. We use Royal Mail second class signed for or Hermes which have a delivery time between 2-3 working days. We also can offer Royal Mail first class signed for or Special Delivery for an additional cost. First class signed for delivery is 1-2 working days. For international shipping may take 12-25 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at the contact us page or leave a message on the online chat.
  • Do you deliver products internationally?
    Lovinne ships products worldwide every day. Shipping is available for most countries around the world.
  • Processing Times
    The order processing time might take up to 3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you.
  • How can I get my tracking number?
    Tracking information is available within 1-3 days. Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped. You will get an email shipping confirmation with the tracking number. If you did not receive any message from us, please contact our support team on the contact us page or leave a message on the online chat.
  • Do I need to pay custom fees?
    In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, Lovinne has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
  • Delays
    On very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, which, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
  • My shipment is stuck in transit.
    It can sometimes take a few days for our delivery partners to scan and track all packages. Sometimes a scan can be missed and it may look like your package has not moved for several days. In these instances, the package is usually still in transit and the situation resolves itself within a few days. If no movement has occurred within 5 business days of the expected estimated delivery date, please get in touch with our customer experience team at the live chat or contact lovinnestore@gmail.com and we'll immediately look into the matter!
